- Does it cost me anything to work with you as a buyer?
- We'll walk you through how buyer representation and compensation work in Washington before you commit to anything — clearly, in writing, with no surprises. Bring your questions to the first consult.
- I'm just starting to look. Is it too early to talk?
- No — earlier is better. A short conversation now helps you understand the market, what you can realistically buy, and how to be ready to move when the right home appears.
- Do you only work in South Seattle?
- It's where we know best — Mount Baker, Seward Park, Madrona, Columbia City, Leschi, and the surrounding neighborhoods. We do work elsewhere in the Seattle area; we'll be honest if a particular search is outside our wheelhouse.
- Can you help me see homes that aren't listed yet?
- Sometimes. As a partnership that's been working these neighborhoods since 2015, we hear about homes coming to market — and we're happy to reach out about a specific block or building you have your eye on.
