Steven Gorecki and Flora Fleet have worked as a partnership since 2015. The pairing is the point — you get a design-and-build eye and a market-and-positioning eye on every home, and one of us is always reachable.
The partnership
Neighbors first.
We're not a large team and we don't run on volume. We're two brokers who've spent our careers in South Seattle — Mount Baker, Seward Park, Madrona, Columbia City, Leschi — and most of our clients are neighbors or come to us from one.
Working as a partnership means the work gets two sets of eyes. Steven's design-and-build background shows up in how a home is prepared and presented; Flora's market and positioning sense shows up in pricing and negotiation. On any given sale you get both, and you're never waiting on a single busy agent to call back.
We think of ourselves as consultants and advocates, not closers. That shows up in the small things — a candid read on whether to sell now or wait, a willingness to walk away from the wrong house, an honest punch list instead of an upsell.
